I want to return the goods

The return of the product is possible within 14 days from the day of purchase (receipt) of the product. For this purpose, use the form for the right of refusal or write a free-form application addressed to our company - SIA "OSPACE" (legal address: Maza Nometnu street 31, Riga, Latvia, LV-1002), and send to the e-mail address: info@omebeles.lv.

The item must be returned to Omebeles store without undue delay.

In what cases the goods can be returned within 14 days?

You have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. The costs of returning the product must be covered by the Buyer.

You have the right to examine the characteristics of the product to the extent that it would be possible to do so in a normal store, that is to examine the product for the purpose of ascertaining its nature and not for any other purpose. Remember that you are responsible for the depreciation of the item.

The right of withdrawal will end after 14 days, starting from the day when you (or a third party you authorized to receive the product) received the product.


In what cases the goods cannot be returned within 14 days?

Goods cannot be returned within 14 days if:

Customer has destroyed or significantly damaged the packaging of the product;

SIA "OSPACE" informs that if the product is ordered specifically for the buyer and its price exceeds 5,000 (five thousand) euros, the purchase is completed only in the store premises (in the presence of the buyer), with a 10% prepayment. In case the customer has refused the product before delivery, the advance payment is not refunded. Before paying the entire purchase amount, the buyer makes sure of the product's quality and compliance with his wishes. This type of purchase is not subject to the 14-day cancellation.

When receiving the goods from the courier, make sure that the packaging is not damaged.

If there are damages, it is imperative to indicate them in the goods receipt form available with the courier.

IMPORTANT: if the defect in the packaging of the product is not recorded in the goods receipt form at the time of receipt of the product, we will not be able to consider your claims for the damage. If the product has been received in damaged packaging and the deed has NOT been drawn up, it may not be accepted back if you decide to return it within 14 days.

VERY IMPORTANT: if the packaging is not damaged, but when you open it you see that:

the product has external damage (for example, damage of the table top);
parts that are listed in the package are missing (for example, a nut or screw is missing from the box),

then within three days after receiving the goods, you can make a claim to us and use the right of return. Any claims submitted after this deadline will not be processed.

Will I get a refund for the product and shipping?

Yes, you will get a refund.

If you return the product within the withdrawal period, we will refund the full amount you've paid, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs if you chose a delivery method that is not the cheapest of the standard delivery methods we offer), without unjustified delays and no later than 14 days after the day when we've got refuse the particular item.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used in the original transaction unless you have agreed to a different payment method.

In any case, you will not be charged for this refund, we may withhold payment until we receive the item back, or until you provide confirmation that the item has been returned, whichever is sooner.

Pay attention to the fact that:

The product must be sent back or delivered to us at the Omebele store - without unjustified delays and no later than 14 days after the day when you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the order. The deadline will be met if you send the goods back before the expiration of 14 days from the day of purchase (receipt) of the goods.
You will be responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the product.
You are responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods if the goods have been used for purposes other than their characteristics.
The consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of withdrawal (including the complete and perfect preservation of the packaging).
